"I ordered this garden stake because it looked..."
I ordered this garden stake because it looked really cute online, but once it arrived I felt kind of stuck with it. The metal is thinner than I expected, and the paint started chipping after just a few days outside. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price I was hoping for better quality. Just a little disappointing.

Am I the only one who found their customer service really frustrating? It took forever to get a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t feel like they actually helped much at all

"Shipping felt way slower than it should’ve"
I ordered from echovalley.com the shipping took way longer than I expected. The item itself was fine, so I don’t really have a major complaint there, but the wait was frustrating. Maybe I’m being impatient, but it felt like it should’ve arrived sooner.

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I sent my return back and I’m still sitting here waiting for the refund. Customer support keeps replying with these short little messages that don’t really answer anything. Not much help at all.

"Looks outdated and messy"
The site just feels really old and cluttered. The fonts, colors, and pictures don’t really go together, so browsing it wasn’t very pleasant. I also got annoyed because some of the terms seemed to have changed from what I expected, which just made the whole thing feel even messier. I didn’t stick around for long.

"I picked up a couple of garden bits..."
I picked up a couple of garden bits from Echo Valley and was actually pleasantly surprised by the value. The prices were lower than a few other places I checked, and while the items aren’t anything fancy, they feel decent and do exactly what I needed them to do.

The only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, so I wouldn’t call it perfect. But overall, for what I paid, I’m happy with the order and would probably shop there again

I was actually happy with the selection on Echo Valley. They had more options than I thought they would, and it was easy to look around and compare different styles. A couple sections could use a bit more variety, but I still found enough for what I needed. Overall, it’s a solid site to shop around on

It lasted for a bit, but not as long as I was hoping. I’m already feeling mentally drained from having to think about replacing it sooner than expected, so overall I’d say the durability is just okay.

"Not ideal if you're sending it as a gift"
I ordered this thinking it would be nice to send as a gift, but it showed up looking way too plain. It just didn’t feel gift-ready at all. What’s frustrating is that the policies always seem to have little loopholes, like technically it was delivered correctly, so there’s not much you can do, even though the presentation really missed the mark.

"Pretty good sound for what I needed"
The sound is clear. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, and for the price/use I had in mind, it does the job well enough. I feel like I made a decent choice.

"Frustrating site, just a heads up"
Just a warning for anyone trying to use this website: it’s really frustrating. I had a hard time finding what I needed, the pages loaded strangely, and the menu kept taking me in circles. After a few minutes of trying to figure it out, I gave up

"My order showed up in a really..."
My order showed up in a really flimsy box with almost no padding, which was disappointing. One corner of the box was crushed, and the item inside had a few marks on it. I mean, it still seems usable, so I guess it wasn’t a total disaster, but I also don’t get why it wasn’t packed better in the first place. Part of me wants to give them another chance, but if this is how they normally ship things, I probably wouldn’t order again.
